While I was earning my master's degree at the University of Washington I began to take classes in health and slowly realized that I wanted to have a deeper understanding of the body as a whole and to use nutrition, botanical medicine, homeopathy and other natural remedies to heal myself and to help others heal.
It is the state professional organization of Naturopathic Doctors in North Carolina who are graduates of four-year in-residence Naturopathic medical schools which are nationally and regionally accredited by holistic medicine north carolina the U.S. Department of Education, the Council for Naturopathic Medical Education, and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation and which lead to the degree of Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND).



They do not have a singular focus, for example, on hormones (ie a "hormone mill") or on "detox" (ie IV treatment clinic), but rather a broad approach trying to work at a systems level (which may very much involve improving detoxification, improving methylation, absolving micronutrient imbalances and so on).
Of course, disease states do matter, and may require targeted treatment BUT we never lose our focus on the underlying "root cause" as the ultimate driver of disease, Our physicians do have advanced training in traditional medicine (as physicians) as well as advanced training in functional medicine.
In addition to regenerative medicine injections, we offer a full spectrum of wellness services, including whole body cryotherapy, far-infrared therapy, chiropractic care, clinical and therapeutic massage, private and semi-private personal training, stretching, nutritional therapy, and skin care.

Through courses offered through the American College for Advancement in Medicine (ACAM), the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM), North Carolina Integrative Medicine Society (NCIMS) and Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Ingram has developed a multi-faceted, natural approach to treat both existing conditions and get ahead of challenges that may present later in life.
Psychiatric Health and Wellness, PLLC is now Natural Mind MD. We're focused on providing psychiatric services with an emphasis on overall mental and physical health and well being. North Carolina Psychiatric nurse practitioners also act as a therapist, helping patients with depression, anxiety and suicidal individuals, as well as other conditions that can be remedied with counseling.
Most patients will have tried conventional approaches to treating their ailments. And the sad part is that most ‘Natural Health' practitioners have no idea that their lack of western medical training may delay needed medical treatments, or make there patient's condition worse.
