Thailand encompasses an array of national parks and wonderful landscapes that go from the mountainous north right down to the myriad islands in the Thai Gulf and Andaman region. Popular activities for visitors include; sight seeing of natural features, water sports such as snorkeling and kayaking, boat trips to nearby islands and reefs such as Ko Usen and Ko Kra and drinking and dinning, particularly fresh seafood on walking street.

Sunset Beach is a small bay on the west side of the island, with some rocks, tranquil water, and a few low-key bars and restaurants. Koh Lipe Castaway Resort is a boutique resort, chic and rustic in design, Castaway's beachfront bungalows have some of the best views posible on Koh Lipe.
With all facilities offered, Serendipity Beach Resort Koh Lipe is the right place to stay. Just hitting the sweet spot between commodities and remoteness, turns out Koh Lipe is even more my cup of tea. The smallest of Koh Lipe's major beaches, it's the place to see when the sun goes down in truly spectacular fashion, with gorgeous reds and oranges reflecting on the water.
It is valid for 5 days, so you dont need to pay that fee again if going for a snorkeling trip or visiting another islands around Ko Lipe. Pop into our Dive beachfront resort shop to rent mask, snorkel, kayak and stand up paddle boards to explore the beauty of the house reef and the tiny little islands in front of the resort.
Koh Lipe does not have a public electricity network every place uses generators to produce their own. After a very tiring day and many hours just to check in Koh Lipe, the spa and massage was supposed to be relaxing but the experience that we received was otherwise.
Speedboat tickets from Pak Bara Pier to Sunrise Beach start from 550 THB per person ( tickets and timetable ). A one-way journey takes about 90 minutes. The boats leave Langkawi at 09:30 and 14:30 for the 60-minute journey, costing approximately RM120 ( Malaysian ringgit ). The boats leave Ko Lipe for the return journey at 10:30 and 16:30.
